Below Ground Level Remedial
Below ground waterproofing involves applying waterproof barriers and drainage systems to protect structures such as garages, carparks or buildings from water intrusion.

TYPES OF BATHROOM REMEDIAL
RESEAL
This is our recommendation if the grout is sound. We start by removing all the existing silicone and we thoroughly clean the area. We then apply our compound which penetrates deep into the grout creating a water repellent barrier against any future water intrusion. We finish by applying silicone to all internal corners and penetrations through the tiles.
REGROUT & RESEAL
This is our mid-range remedial for bathrooms mostly used when the grout has any cracks, gaps and wear. We remove all existing silicone and grout leaving a clean area. We then install fresh grout to create a sound base for our clear compound. We finish by applying silicone to all internal corners and penetrations through the tiles.
