After Total Seal receives your request our team will contact you with further questions and organise a time to meet and discuss your waterproofing project.

What paperwork do you provide for the waterproofing?

On completion Total Seal provides a 'Form 43' which states that we, a licensed contractor completed the work, an 'Application Form' this describes the materials and application methods as well as the'Compatibility Chart' to ensure the correct materials are used by other contractors on the waterproofing membrane.

What does the waterproofing warranty cover?

Accepted Answer

Our installation warranty solely covers Total Seal's installation of the product. If any external contractor damages the waterproofing membrane this will void all warranties and guaranties made at time of installation.
